Here are some potential fixes for Internet problems.


  • Try switching the router off, leave for 10 seconds, then power on.  


  • If using ethernet (network cable) make sure that the cable is connected properly.


  • On your desktop, in the bottom-right corner of your Windows device, you should see an icon representing your internet connection.  Make sure that you are connected to the correct network/Wi-Fi connection.
