There is a very simple and quick way to add the calendar for public holidays for United Kingdom, United States and Italy in your own Outlook calendar.

Important: Steps may be different between the new and classic Outlook for Windows. To determine which version of Outlook you're using, check if there's a File option in the menu (located above the ribbon). If there's no File option, follow the steps under the New Outlook tab. If File appears in the menu, select the tab for Classic Outlook.
Classic Outlook
When you open your Outlook desktop app, on the browser or even on your phone. You need to go to your Calendar. Once you are there, please follow the below steps:
1. Click File > Options > Calendar.
2. Under Calendar options, click Add Holidays.
3. Check the box for each country whose holidays you want to add to your calendar, and then click OK.
4. Now you will have the UK and US holiday calendar on your Outlook.
New Outlook
1. In calendar view, in the pane on the left below the calendar grid, select Add Calendar.
2. On the left, select Holidays.
3. Under Holidays, choose one or more countries. Outlook will then copy the relevant holidays into your calendar.
