Want to be able to seamlessly browse to the Teams or SharePoint folders/files that you have access to via your Windows or Mac file explorer?  You can!  Here's how...


In Teams with your team selected, select Files so you see all the folders, a little like this…




Select ‘Open in SharePoint’



Then, select ‘Sync’





If you then see this, select ‘Open Microsoft OneDrive’




Thereafter, open File Explorer and you should see something like this (Windows screenshot below, Mac is very similar);






This will have the structure of the folders and files ready to access.  
When you then select a file for the first time, it will download it locally.
