First time login
Launch Mitel Connect from your desktop or from the Start menu (Windows), dock, desktop, or Applications folder (Mac's)
On the sign in page, enter your email address
Click on 'Single Sign On'
Enter your password
Then complete Two Factor Authentication
When presented with 'Stay signed in?', check the box next to 'Don't show this again' and click YES.
You're then logged into Mitel Connect.
Once logged in, it is recommended to carry out this setting change;
- Click on the three dots to the side of your name
- Change 'Primary Assignment' to softphone
- Next, click on 'Settings' and select 'Softphone', then check the box next to 'On startup assign me to my softphone'
