You should find on your company mobile device that the Mitel Connect app has been pushed to your phone.
On launching for the first time, you are presented with a username field (your email address) and a selection for 'Choose type of service', please select 'MiCloud Connect (Cloud)'
Then, please Select Region 'United Kingdom'
To Sign in to Mitel, please select the 'Single Sign On' option
Then enter your Manolo Blahnik password
Complete two-factor authentication
Select the check box for 'Don't show this again', and tap Yes
Enter your mobile number in the format shown below, and tap 'Sign-In'
Once completed, you will receive a 'successfully provisioned' message
You're then logged in! Next, it's recommended to review your settings, tap on the cog icon
If you do NOT want your mobile app to ring when someone is calling your extension, tap the button against 'Do not ring this device' - otherwise, leave this as it is.
