External emails can be flagged and rejected, or held, due to security policies - designed to protect us from malicious content. However, a user can approve most held/blocked emails on the Mimecast Personal portal, here's how;
- Access Personal Portal (mimecast.com). SSO (single sign-on) is enabled for this website, therefore please use your Manolo Blahnik credentials to access.
Head to the ‘Personal On Hold’ Tab to view emails held, and here you can choose to release, or block, messages
- Mimecast will also send you an email advising that of any held messages you may have and offer the option to release as well, these email notifications usually occur once a day.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all held/rejected messages can be viewed from your Mimecast Personal Portal. Any emails deemed malicious will be rejected or held by the Mimecast system, and can only be reviewed for possible release by an System Administrator. In this instance, please log a ticket on this support portal with your request.
