We prepared a user guide to help you book and use OBS meeting room 1/2 effectively. 



Using the equipment in Meeting Room 1/2

  1. Powering on the TV with the TV controller on the desk.
  2. If the TV shows a Not Programmed error, press InputShare screen buttonon the TV controller and select HDMI 1.
  3. The upcoming scheduled meeting will be displayed on the hub. Click Join to start the meeting. The camera system in the meeting room will turn on automatically.


Create a meeting invite in Outlook.

  1. On your Home tab, click the Calendar icon, and then click the New Meeting button.
  2. Create a Title for your meeting invite.
  3. In the Required box, enter reception@manoloblahnik.com and other email addresses for the people you want to invite to the meeting.
  4. Select the start and end time for the meeting.
  5. Search and select OBS Meeting Room 1 in the Location box.
  6. If you plan to organise a virtual meeting, click the Teams/Zoom meeting button to create a meeting room link for the attendees.
  7. Double-check your information and then click the Send button.


Sharing your screen in Meeting Room 1/2


    There are two ways to share with both in-room and online participants from a personal device:

  1. [Wireless Method via Wi-Fi] Select Share Share screen button > Connected device > Share on the room console. Follow the instruction on TV to cast your screen to meeting room. Please select OBS Meeting Room for meeting room 1 or OBS Meeting Room 2 for meeting room 2.For mac device, after you plug in the Yealink presentation dongle, click allow on your screen.


  2. [Wireless Method via Teams] Join the meeting on your personal device and select Share Share screen button, then the item you want to share. Go to Share your screen in a Teams meeting to learn more.

  3. [Wired Method] Connect your personal device to the cable connected to the room console. Your screen may be shared automatically or you may have to Select ShareShare screen button > Connected device > Share on the room console.

In-Meeting Camera Control

On Teams you can adjust camera settings and utilise Neat Symmetry while in a meeting.

  1. Swipe with one finger from the right side of the Pad towards the left. 
  2. A slide out will appear with the auto-framing options. 
  3. Choose between Individuals, Group, Off.
