3CX - iPhone Setup

Step 1: Install the iOS app
- If you haven’t already, install the iOS app from the Comp Portal or Intune Company Portal (you already have this application installed on your iPhone). Open Comp Portal or Intune Company Portal, sign in and click View all apps. Look for 3CX and click download/re-download and install.
- Open the 3CX app, read and accept the license agreement and authorise the various permissions the app needs (notification, camera, microphone).
Step 2: Scan the QR code
- Open your web client or desktop app press on the QR code next to the dialer to scan. Click SCAN QR CODE on your 3CX app. Scan the QR code on your web client / desktop app (Or Scan the QR code at the top of your 3CX welcoming email)
- Your extension will be automatically configured.
