PowerPoint has a large number of keyboard shortcuts that can save you time and make you PowerPointr presentation smoother.
Work with presentations and slides

Open a presentation. | Ctrl + O |
Save a presentation | Ctrl + S |
Save a presentation with a different name, location, or file format. (Save As) | Ctrl + Shift + S |
Cancel a command, such as Save As. | Esc |

Work with views and panes
