Logging into SAP can be a seamless process with Single Sign-On (SSO). This guide will walk you through the steps to access SAP Cloud Identity using your work email address, ensuring a smooth and secure login experience without the need to set up a password. Follow these simple instructions to get started.


  1. Open a New Tab: Start by opening a new tab in your web browser. 
  2. Access the Internal Library SharePoint Site
  3. Open the App Launcher: Click on the 9 dots icon located at the top left corner of the page. 
  4. Select More Apps: In the menu that appears, click on “More Apps”. 
  5. Search for SAP Cloud Identity: In the new tab’s search bar, typeSAP Cloud Identity”. 
  6. Enter Your Work Email Address: In the new tab that opens, enter your work email address. 
  7. Single Sign-On (SSO): Since your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you won’t need to set up a password. Just continue with the login process.
