This guide will show you how to reserve one of the conference rooms at the New York Office


  • Open Outlook and select 'New Event'


 

  • Hover over the ‘Add a room or location field’ and select one of the MBA rooms, Maysale or Carlton

    *Room won’t be available to select if it’s already booked for another session during the time of your meeting


 


  • Select Maysale or Carlton



  • Green check mark over the room display ensures this room will be reserved during your event
