If you see a caution sign (yellow triangle with an exclamation point, as shown above) on your Outlook icon or in the Outlook app, this normally means that the program is not authenticating correctly which is caused by continuous issues connecting to the internet.
Please check the following steps to correct:


 

  1. Check that you have a network or internet connection, if you check on your screen on the bottom right-hand side you will see the internet icon similar like the pictures below.

              

  2. If you are seeing the warning icon, it means some issue with your internet connection. Please follow the steps on the link below.

  3. Once you have addressed your internet issue and the Outlook warning icon disappears, you will need to close and re-open the Outlook app.  Thereafter, the warning message should no longer be present.
